The company is headquartered in Bangalore.Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in designing exceptional user experiences and interfaces, specifically within B2B and SaaS environments. This role requires proficiency in Figma, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities :Design & Development : - Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our B2B SaaS products.Figma Expertise : - Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.User Research : - Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design : - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business and user needs.User Flows & Prototyping : - Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.Design Systems : - Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and UI pattern library.Feedback Integration : - Incorporate feedback from users and team members to iterate and improve designs.Industry Trends :- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain :- Experience : 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for B2B and SaaS products.- Figma Proficiency : At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Figma.- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including examples of B2B and SaaS product designs.- Education : A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.Skills :- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Research : Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.- Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
