**Job Title**: Maintenance In-Charge (Printing & Packaging Industry & Textile)

**Location**: Sonipat, NCR
**Qualification**: B-Tech in Technical (Mechanical Engineering)
**Experience**: 10-15 years

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and ensuring smooth operations for all maintenance processes across departments.
- Scheduling, planning, and executing preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Coordination with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
- Maintaining spare parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of materials for repairs.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance of **printing, packaging, and têxtile machinery**.
- Knowledge of **machine troubleshooting** and repair techniques for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to **lead a team**, implement efficient maintenance practices, and reduce operational delays.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Desired Profile**:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the **printing & packaging** or **têxtile** industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to machine maintenance.
- Leadership skills to manage a skilled technical team effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
