Job Title Sr Executive - Production Industry Polymer Masterbatch Plastics Location Kami Sonipat Experience Required 5-6 Years Salary 50 000 - 60 000 per month Reporting To Production Manager Plant Head Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Executive - Production to oversee and manage day-to-day production operations in our Polymer Masterbatch manufacturing unit The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling production planning machine operations manpower management and quality control within the masterbatch plastics processing sector Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets and timelines Operate and monitor twin-screw extruders mixers and other masterbatch production machinery Coordinate raw material planning feeding and batch preparations Implement and monitor SOPs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Collaborate with R D Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow Minimize downtime by ensuring preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting of machinery Maintain production records shift reports and process parameters accurately Train and guide shift operators and floor staff to improve productivity and reduce wastage Assist in scaling up new product trials and ensure smooth handover to production Ensure compliance with EHS Environment Health Safety standards on the shop floor Key Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of masterbatch production processes Black White Color Additive MB Experience with twin-screw extruders e g Coperion Leistritz Steer etc Good understanding of pigments polymers PP PE PS ABS etc and additives Manpower and shift management skills Ability to analyze process deviations and take corrective actions Basic knowledge of ISO 5S Kaizen and lean manufacturing principles Computer proficiency in MS Excel Word ERP systems Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Polymer Engineering Plastic Technology Additional certifications in production or lean manufacturing preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 848 523 00 per year Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Work Location In person
