Key Responsibilities:

- Utility and Facility Management:
Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency strategies.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.Resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime.
- Vendor and Contractor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and installations.Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.Procure tools and equipment within budget constraints.
- Team Coordination and Supervision:
Supervise facility staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Inspection and Compliance:
Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems.Ensure adherence to regulations and organisational policies.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records on operations, maintenance, and expenditures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
