**Job Title: Telemarketing Executive**

**About JNB Steel**: JNB Steel is a leading Manufacturer of high-quality Stainless steel products like (Coil, Wire, Tube and Pipe).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote JNB Steel products.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and communication.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide them with relevant product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
