**Role Overview**:
Responsible for data collection, presentations, BOQ preparation, and quotations to support sales and back-office operations efficiently. This role ensures the smooth flow of information and supports decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Create presentations and generate regular reports.
- Prepare BOQs and client quotations with precision.
- Support workflow optimization and backend processes.
- Coordinate with sales and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of data, reports, and quotations.
- Efficiency in coordination and process execution.
- Contribution to overall operational improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
