As an Accounts Executive you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department in various tasks. You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Accounting and Book-keeping**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

2. **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and making payments.
- Handle accounts receivable, monitor customer accounts, and follow up on overdue payments.

3. **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Generate various financial analyses and reports as required by management.

4. **Tax Compliance**:

- Assist in tax compliance activities, including preparing and filing tax returns.
- Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

5. **Audit Support**:

- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and answering auditors' queries.

6. **Expense Management**:

- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Ensure adherence to company expense policies.

7. **Financial Analysis**:

- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

8. **Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Undertake additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.Top of Form

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
