**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s medical device products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries efficiently.

**Skills Needed**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasive selling ability.
- Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare industry trends.
- Good presentation and demonstration skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Ability to manage territory sales and travel frequently.
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation.

**Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc. - Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in medical devices/pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong drive may also be considered).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,421.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
