Soft Services Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:Housekeeping Management**:
Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping operations.
Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors to maintain service levels.
**Front Office and Reception**:
Oversee reception services, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage visitor registration and maintain visitor logs.
Address and resolve any queries or complaints at the front desk.
**Vendor Management**:
Liaise with service providers for pest control, landscaping, waste management, etc.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
Evaluate and negotiate service agreements to deliver cost-effective solutions.
**Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
Implement feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
**Security and Safety Support**:
Collaborate with security teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine checks and audits of facilities to identify potential risks.
Support emergency and evacuation procedures as needed.
**Reporting and Compliance**:
Prepare and submit regular reports on soft service activities and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of soft service procedures and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or soft services.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience with investment or corporate accounts is an advantage.
