**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales calls, meet monthly targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales team, maintain records, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Handle objections, resolve complaints, and adhere to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **6+ months customer support or sales experience** in call center/BPO preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- **High school diploma or equivalent.**:

- Ability to meet targets, negotiate effectively, and work in rotational shifts.
