Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on available programs and help them choose the right learning path.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth program delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months - 2 years in EdTech sales/counseling is a must.
- **Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- **Other**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
