Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Should speak excellent english
- Age criteria upto thirty six
- Any undergraduates and graduation are eligible
- Should have experience in international voice process bpo

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent in english (required)

License/Certification:

- Two dose of vaccination certificate (required)
- proper experience letter and reliving letter (required)
