**KEY RESULT AREA - SALES COORDINATOR**

**Role Definition : Be the Hub of Communication between Principal, Customer, Vendors & Departments**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

Ø To Achieve Set objective of Sales Process Coordination

Ø To Achieve Set Objective of timeline of process

Ø To be a link between all Sales process stakeholders

Ø To Meet expectation of Marketing & Business Activity coordination

Ø To work in integration with all departments & Associates

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Understand customer requirement and specifications

Ø Get clarification wherever necessary

Ø Forwarding offers / Quotations to customers on time

Ø Convey supplied terms to customer

Ø Follow up for PO

Ø Organize Desired Documents from customer

Ø Convey Customer requirement

Ø Get timely Offer / quotation

Ø Get clarifications wherever necessary

Ø Get trained on the product portfolio

Ø Evaluate requirement and prepare a presentation accordingly

Ø Give justification to customer queries
- **Responsible for getting correct quotation from Principal supplier & get it approved from Customer.**_
- **Responsible for understanding terms of supply from Principals & explain it to Customer.**_
- **Ensure verification of correct machine ready status from factory (for In-house products) **_
- **Responsible for Follow up for payment from customer.**_
- **Responsible for Organizing Order Processing documentations **_

Ø Order Documents

Ø Verify Drafts of LC, ABG

Ø Payment terms.
- **Responsible for Co-ordination of FAT visits**_

Ø Invitation Letter from Principal

Ø Visa / visit documentation

Ø Travel arrangements

Ø Customer
- Principal coordination
- **Responsible for Timely organizing travel Arrangements**_

Ø For Internal Team Members

Ø For Principal Representatives

Ø For Customers Representatives
- **Responsible for involvement in Marketing activities **_

Ø Exhibitions & Seminars - Arrangement / Coordination
- **Responsible for Follow up for shipment information after dispatch**_

Ø Timely follow up

Ø Updates to all concerned people/ department

Ø Custom clearance co-ordination

Ø Update on delivery to service team
- **Responsible for Coordination of Stock Management (HoReCa)**_

Ø Track of Order processing for purchase of Material

Ø Track of Inventory Level

Ø Track of delivery logistics

Ø Track of Delivery Scheduling & Execution Plans to Customers

Ø Payment Collection & Recovery
- **Generate Reports**_

Ø Enquiry List

Ø Offer / order status

Ø Commercial Sheet

Ø Project Status Report

Ø Daily visit reports of SE
- **Responsible for Projecting the highest service standard of the organization **_
- **Responsible for Updating about deviations / anomalies to Sales manager / HOD**_
- **Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time**_
