About the Company:
Founded by IIT-IIM alumni with close to 10 years of experience, LogIQids is an ed-tech company focused on enhancing logical reasoning skills in kids. Based out of Mumbai, the company has already raised an angel round and is aggressively looking to expand and add to the team. We have already impacted 5 lac+ students and have worked with 600+ schools. Our new venture CodeLQ is a live one on one Online Kids Coding Classes for students from SrKG to Class 7 growing exponentially month on month.

About the Job:
CodeLQ is a product brought to you by LogIQids. We are looking to onboard enthusiastic coding teachers, who can be a part of our exceptional educator team aiming to impart this important 21st-century skill to kids from grade Sr KG to grade 7, enrolled on our platform.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Taking one on one personalized online coding class of students from Sr KG to grade 7th (Lectures usually last 1 hour)

2. Play an important role as a mentor to a child’s understanding of coding and development of Logical reasoning

3. Taking a minimum of 5 Lectures in a day (Can take more if time permits) and a minimum of 6 days working.

4. Lecture guidance and notes would be provided.

Skills and Experience:
1. Should be proficient in Java ,Python, Blockly language(code.org,thunkable,scratch) (Must Have)

2. 1 year of experience in teaching to the age group of 8 to 15 years (Must Have)

3. Good communication - written and verbal

4. Fluency in English

5. Good Understanding of coding concept

6. Enthusiasm and ability to connect with the child

Compensation Structure:
1. First Month Probation and training - Expected around 8,000 - 12,000 Rs/- (Exact amount to be decided based on the number of lectures taken)

2. Second month onwards - 20,000 to 25,000 Rs/- (Depending if you take 120+ lectures)

3. Exact remuneration is calculated on the basis of completed lectures basis Every teacher will get a certificate for being an Early Childhood Coding Expert jointly issued by LogIQids and Techfest IIT Bombay, on competing 6 months with CodeLQ.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
