**Job Overview**:
The GST Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable GST regulations. This involves preparing and filing GST returns, maintaining proper records, managing GST audits, and providing support on any tax-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Returns Filing**:

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Review and reconcile GST data to ensure correctness of filings.
- Maintain proper records of input and output tax credits.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all GST laws and regulations.
- Monitor GST-related notifications and circulars, ensuring the organization stays updated on any changes in tax laws.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize GST-related documents (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, receipts) for audit purposes.
- Ensure that all GST-related documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- **GST Audits**:

- Assist in internal and external GST audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve any queries related to GST.
- **GST Reconciliation**:

- Perform reconciliation of GST data between accounting systems and GST returns.
- Handle reconciliation of input tax credit with suppliers and vendors.
- Resolve discrepancies between the company’s books and GST returns.
- **Tax Planning & Advice**:

- Support in GST planning and providing recommendations on tax-saving opportunities.
- Provide guidance to departments regarding the correct classification of goods/services under GST.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on GST impact on company operations.
- **Liaison with Tax Authorities**:

- Communicate with tax authorities and resolve GST-related queries or issues.
- Represent the company during any GST assessments or investigations.

Pay: ₹9,963.59 - ₹34,688.17 per month
