Job Title: GST Executive

Job Location: Boisar

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- **GST and IGST Handling**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and execute GST filings accurately and within the specified timelines.
- **Export Operations**:

- Specialize in handling GST and IGST procedures related to exports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export-related tax regulations and laws.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all GST and IGST transactions.
- Prepare and organize documentation for audits and inspections.
- **Advisory and Updates**:

- Stay informed about changes in GST laws and regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management regarding the impact of regulatory changes on the business.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal departments such as finance, legal, and logistics to ensure smooth GST and IGST compliance.
- Communicate effectively with external agencies, including tax authorities and auditors.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct internal training sessions to educate staff on GST and IGST compliance matters.
- Foster a culture of awareness regarding GST-related obligations within the organization.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any GST-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find practical solutions.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate and submit regular reports on GST and IGST activities to the management.
- Provide insights and analysis to assist in decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in handling GST and IGST for export operations.
- Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
