**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality visual assets including logos, illustrations, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand identity.
- **Graphic Production**:

- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for their intended use across various platforms and mediums.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and imagery across all marketing materials and channels.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards to ensure brand integrity and recognition.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any design-related issues.
- **Visual Content Creation**:

- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining visual appeal and message clarity.
- **Feedback and Iteration**:

- Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and improve visual communication.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and analysis to continuously enhance quality and effectiveness.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
