As an Operation Executive, you have to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our assessment processes and take care helpdesks. You will manage daily operations, coordinate between teams, centers and ensure compliance with our stringent quality and security standards. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily operations related assessment project processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all project related activities in accordance with Strategic flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams and team member, including test developers, IT support, and quality assurance, field officers, center heads to ensure seamless operation of assessment services.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular audits of coordination with center heads and reviews to ensure the integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- During live project, Look after the hotlines and ensure the delivery of service and responses accordingly.
- Address and resolve queries and concerns related to assessments in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on operational activities and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions for operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification is 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree in any field, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in relevant areas is a plus.
- Fresher are welcome and Minimum of 0-1 years of experience preferably within the assessment or education industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate Joiner will be preferred
