We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Auditor to join our team. As a fresher/experience in this role, you will work closely with experienced energy auditors to learn and implement energy auditing processes and techniques. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability to kickstart their career in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior energy auditors in conducting energy audits for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Learn to analyze utility bills, energy consumption data, and building systems to identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive energy audit reports, including recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
- Participate in on-site inspections to assess building envelope, HVAC systems, lighting, and other energy-consuming equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop energy conservation measures (ECMs) tailored to clients' needs.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to energy auditing and sustainability.
- Support in presenting audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist in conducting post-audit follow-ups to track the implementation and effectiveness of recommended energy-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings, data analysis, and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
