Personal Secretary Assistant

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary cum Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. This pivotal role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently. You will be the central point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communication Management: Professionally handle and screen telephone calls, take accurate messages, and route them appropriately.
- Meeting Coordination: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including booking venues and arranging necessary logistics.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, record accurate and concise minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Document Management: Establish and maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic), ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- File Management: Implement and oversee effective file management procedures to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
- Transcription: Accurately transcribe audio recordings of meetings, dictations, and other materials.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately record meeting minutes.
- Strong document filing and file management skills.
- Excellent transcription skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
