**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Providing clients with advice and guidance on tax planning and compliance matters related to Indirect taxes
- Assistance to team for finalizing the tax computation and filing the returns
- In litigation management handling departmental queries, audits, investigations, drafting replies to Show Cause notices, drafting of appeals, representing before the Appellate Commissioners, assisting advocates for finalization of WRITs, preparing briefs for Sr. Advocates etc
- Conducting tax audits and investigations to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations, and keeping up-to-date with changes and developments in tax legislation
- Developing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Providing support and guidance to junior team members on tax matters
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Must have good drafting skills
- Must have the ability to lead a team of 4-5 people

**Requirements**:

- CA having **4-5 years **of experience in **GST** and working with consulting company / CA Firm.
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of **MS Excel** and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally)
