Job role

Digital Marketing:
I. Lead Generation (Google Ad words, Face book Ads)

II. Branding (Social Media Postings...FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)

III. Monitoring Property Portals (MagicBricks, 99acres etc) Coordinating with key accounts managers from property listings to lead generation and renewal.

IV Optimisation of all Digital Platforms, Providing digital stuff to team members, Brokers and Digital Events venders.

V SMS Marketing ( setup campaigns, coordinate with the service provider)

VI Coordinate with IVR service provider

V Coordinate with Creative Designers

2. Marketing:
I. Coordinate with Hoarding, Kiosks vendors for installing and removing hoardings, providing them design files, resolve their payment related queries.

II. Coordination in Exhibitions, for stall designing and Attend exhibitions for Lead generation

III. Events coordination

IV Print Ads coordination

V Coordinate for Brochure and other material printings

3. Analytics and Research:
I. Maintain media-wise report, maintain ads performance report and analytics report and implement new strategies for digital ads for better performance and effective result.

II. Discuss and coordinate with presales and sales team and implement strategies & plans for a lead generation under Senior's guidance.

III. Identify and resolve gaps between customers expectations from their comments versus our actual ads communication.

4. Other Activities:
I. Resolve technical issues related to computers, the Internet, CRM (Rqube) Software, Mobile apps issues etc.

II. Coordinate with Presales and Sales team as well as other teams in the company for doing our job perfectly and with good result.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
