Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors and answer calls.
2.Record-Keeping:
- Maintain student records and attendance.
3. Communication:
- Distribute information to parents and staff.
4. Enrollment Support:
- Assist with enrollment processes.
5. Supplies and Inventory:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
6. Assist Preschool Director:
- Provide admin support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate
- Previous office experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Note: Job duties may change as per preschool needs.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,586.65 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
