**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer service issues related to CRM, B2B or B2C portal, teating whether the portal is working and communicate any bugs to the developers, Also include communicating with clients and insurance companies. Day-to-day tasks include processing and resolving queries, and ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout the insurance process.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Insurance and processing Insurance Products like Motor and Health
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant work experience in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
