**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Batch Coordination
- Oversee the execution of training batches, ensuring sessions run smoothly.
- Manage scheduling of training sessions, mock exams, and other related activities.
- Coordinate and schedule mock exams and other assessments as required.
- Maintain and update credit sheets
- Providing Recording Access to Students
- Address and resolve any issues related to student access promptly.
- Handle the dispatch of certificates to students upon completion of training.
- Distribute and collect feedback forms for training sessions and lab activities.
- Mentor Talk Scheduling and Execution
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new batches are followed and tracked.
- Conduct audits of trainer hours to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- External Trainer Remuneration Audit
- Coordinate with external trainers for scheduling, and remuneration.
- Ensure classrooms are ready and equipped for training sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree required.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Time flexibility and openness to work as per department requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
