**Experience**: 2+ years in Full Stack Development and Training

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver Full Stack Development training programs (online/offline).
- Teach key technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB / MySQL.
- Guide learners on version control systems like Git & GitHub.
- Deliver hands-on coding sessions and real-world project guidance.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and coding challenges.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to students.
- Customize training modules based on audience skill levels.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools.
- Prepare and review training materials, documentation, and assignments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and/or Trainer.
- Strong command over front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Heroku (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in training or mentoring.
- Certifications in Full Stack Development or relevant technologies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
