**Job Title**: Full Stack Python Trainer
**Location**: BTM Layout

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Full Stack Python Development** (including Python, Django/Flask, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Develop and update training materials, practical exercises, and projects tailored to students’ levels (beginner to advanced).
- Provide guidance on key concepts such as **RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control (Git/GitHub), and cloud services**.
- Mentor students, provide feedback on assignments, and ensure participants gain hands-on experience by working on live projects.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development and update course content accordingly.
- Assess the performance of trainees through assessments, code reviews, and project evaluations.
- Assist in curriculum development, including the creation of online learning resources or modules.
- Encourage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging assistance during coding exercises.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in **Python** programming and popular web frameworks like **Django** or **Flask**.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and at least one modern framework like **React**, **Vue**, or **Angular**.
- Experience with **database systems** like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of **DevOps tools** and **cloud platforms** like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Proficiency with **Git** and version control systems.
- Previous experience in **teaching/training** is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their learning journey.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certification in **Python** or relevant frameworks (optional but beneficial).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
