- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Address issues related to order discrepancies, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience.
- Provide insights and suggestions to the management team based on customer interactions.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
