**Role Description**
- Design & develop Robotics and AI coding curriculum
- Conduct technical interviews & training sessions
- Mentor and upskill trainers for consistent quality delivery
- Encourage innovation and foster a proactive learning culture

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years experience in teaching technical skills or development roles
- Strong ability to assess, evaluate, and improve trainer performance with holistic growth
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Robotics, Programming, or Education are a plus

**Salary and Work Timings**

**Rs.28,000 to Rs.30,000.**
