Through initiatives like the Skill Bharat Association and the annual Skill Bharat Samman Awards, OLL is driving a skills revolution across India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Robotics Trainer. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on robotics, guiding students in hands-on projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring regular maintenance of robotic systems. The trainer will work closely with learners to foster a practical understanding of robotic concepts, assist with robotic welding techniques, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. This position requires expertise in robotics and a passion for teaching future innovators.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Robotics and Robot programming- Experience in Robotic Welding techniques- Proficiency in Troubleshooting robotic systems and conducting Preventive Maintenance- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with learners- Prior experience in training or teaching robotics is an advantage- Passion for education and fostering skills in students- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
