**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives based on the organization's objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and external partners to design and deliver high-quality educational content and activities.
- Assist in the development of curriculum materials, lesson plans, and educational resources.
- Support the recruitment, selection, and training of teachers and program facilitators.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for educators and participants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for certain positions.
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with program coordination or management responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
