Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the products or services, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services, explain benefits, and answer queries.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers through persuasive sales techniques.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- **Follow-ups**: Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to ensure timely closure of deals.
- **Market Feedback**: Share customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams to improve products and services.
- **Documentation**: Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, targets, and performance.
- **Customer Service**: Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues effectively
- **Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as cold calling, relationship selling, and negotiation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
