**Aerodynamic & Mechanical > Nacelle Module > Nacelle Project Management** The Nacelle Project Management Department consists of approximately 15 highly skilled and qualified Project Managers and Planners at three different sites (India, Portugal and Denmark). The department is responsible for the portfolio management and execution of projects in the Nacelle Module where we are more than 200 employees. We are responsible for the full lifecycle of the product and therefore projects can be both Technology Projects, New Product Development and Projects to support the Operational part of the Business. The Nacelle Module is primarily developing Structural and Mechanical components within the sub-modules Base Frame and Yaw, Rear Structure and Internals, Cooling and Conditioning, Transport, Construction and Maintenance, Modularized Nacelle, and Cover. **Responsibilities** - Support the Module Program Manager and Line Management with Portfolio Management - You will be responsible for administrating approvals for hiring and extending consultants - You will also be supporting the Module Program Manager with reporting, handling smaller projects, and secure that we are in compliance with relevant processes - Handle approvals for hiring and extending consultants - Support the Module Program Manager by creating relevant analysis and material to be in control of the Nacelle Module Portfolio - Support the Module Program Manager in creating reports to management that documents the performance of the Nacelle Module - Effectively monitor relevant performance metrics and process compliance within the module. Discuss and solve issues within the module - Handle smaller projects related to Nacelle Operations - Support Major New Product Development projects and supervise sub-projects if needed **Qualifications** - Bachelor's / Master's graduate within relevant academic field (e.g. Engineering or Business) - Proficient in using Project Planning tools - SAP PPM, Microsoft Project, JIRA - Proficient in using Microsoft tools - Excel and Power Point - Project management education or relevant project management training courses - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project planning in complex global matrix organisations - Experience with supporting several projects simultaneously - Great language skills (verbal and written) in English are required **Competencies** - You are methodical, detail oriented, and highly structured - You are good at evaluating data and convert it into understandable reports and presentations - You are motivated, enthusiastic, result-oriented and have a good sense of responsibility - You have good interpersonal skills - You are motivated in working with advanced project management tools (e.g. SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA), KPI's and project performance metrics **What We Offer** You will get the chance to make an impact on the green agenda with innovative solutions.
