**Task Profile**:
- Maintaining online accounts.
- Preserving relevant receipts after inputting the same in accounts software.
- Collating petty cash expenses through online sheets.
- To input all expenses as well as income entries.
- Preparing online, printing & disbursing monthly fees invoices of all Trainees.
- Working on all the administrative and IT related work in the organisation.
- Collecting fees or other deposits in the form of draft, cheque & NEFT transfers & updating it in the relevant online as well as offline sections, along with forwarding the instrument to the bank (if required) & acknowledging the receipt of the same to the parent (wherever required).
- Preparing & processing cheques or NEFT transfers for salary & payout disbursement.
**Training**:
- You will undergo a paid training for 2-3 months for being trained in various aspects of this profile.
- This training will consist of self-training, classroom training as well as on-job training.
- This training will conclude after the completion of 2 months from the month of joining or maybe much earlier or later as well depending upon your in-training performance.
**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
