Job Overview: Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Activities: - Screen incoming inquiries and tender documents to assess eligibility criteria for participation. - Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring they meet all requirements and are submitted on time. - Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for bought-out items and manage the procurement process. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and proposals. Market Research and Business Development: - Scout for new tenders, customers, and business opportunities in the market. - Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. - Identify and develop leads for new sales opportunities. Order Processing: - Receive and process incoming orders from customers and sales representatives. - Verify order accuracy, pricing, and product availability. - Ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment. Data Entry and ERP System Management: - Enter and update customer and product information in the company's CRM system. - Maintain the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, ensuring it is up to date with accurate and relevant information. - Record all sales-related data, transactions, and processes accurately within the ERP system. Documentation and Records: - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Prepare and update sales reports, invoices, and other sales-related documents. - Assist in managing inventory and stock levels. Customer Support: - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met. Communication: - Coordinate and communicate with various departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure a smooth sales process. - Maintain regular contact with clients to update them on order status. Administrative Support: - Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the sales team's calendar.
