**Roles and Responsibilities**

Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.

Expert in GEM tendering, experience in service sector will preferred.

Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Check List.

Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.

Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements

To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.

Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.

Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.

The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent research available and best practice; and are compliant with client requirements.

Generate business through online portals and develop new consumer market

Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc.

Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,

Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.

Graduate, good communication skills, good in computers.

Well versed with document controlling, Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication IN ENGLISH.

LED screen industry experience preferred.
