**Full Job Description**:
**Position-**Executive Housekeeping
**Location**: Click Collection, Lucknow
**Position Type**: Full-time

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
Overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met across all areas including guest rooms, public areas, and staff rooms. Leading and managing all the housekeeping team, assign tasks, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Conducting regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and facilities to ensure quality standards are maintained. Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries, and place orders when required. Training new housekeeping staff and providing ongoing coaching to ensure high service standards. Organizing periodic refresher training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Collaborating with the front office team to coordinate room readiness and maintenance schedules. Working closely with the management team to implement strategies for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping activities. Ensuring inventory management, and staff attendance.

Ensure all housekeeping operations are aligned with the company’s health, safety, and cleanliness policies. Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels. Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **Executive Housekeeper** or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Detailed knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to ensuring cleanliness standards.
- Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,073.74 - ₹33,055.93 per month
