**Sharing tasks assigned to clients and taking follow-ups**:
- **Ask for Approval on any required things like (On-page recommendations, buying something and implementing new things on the website, etc.)**:
- **Ask for the requirements like website logins, base keywords**:
- **Sending weekly reports, good news, and Greetings to the clients**:
- **Updating client system like Asana, Trello, Harvest**:
- **Providing clients advice whenever they ask**:
- **Monthly Goal Creation**:
- **Off-Boarding the clients**:
- **Pending Payment Collections Follow-Ups**:
- **On-Boarding the clients**
On-boarding the clients includes creating project ID, discord channels and client sheets. It also includes asking the clients for access to different tools like GA, GSC, etc, or the website to start the work.
- **Sharing tasks assigned to clients and taking follow-ups**
Sharing the tasks with the clients that is necessary for the progress of the campaign to achieve the goals and taking follow-ups from the clients regarding the same.
- **Approval of Keywords, Recommendations, and Landing Page Creation**
Taking approval from the clients for the Keywords or the Recommendations shared by the team to implement the changes on the website that are necessary for the project's growth.
- **Sending weekly reports and good news to the clients**
Sharing the weekly work reports and good news on the projects and whatever work has been done in a week with the clients.
- **Updating client systems like Asana, Trello, Harvest**
Share the work updates of what has been done on clients’ Project Management Tools.
- **Off-Boarding the clients**Off-boarding the clients includes archiving the project channel from Discord, login credentials from Heylogin, removing the project websites from all the agency tools like Ahrefs, Trueranker etc, and adding the Project ID in FMS.
**Payment Collections**Asking the clients for the pending and upcoming payments for the campaign and managing the payment sheet.
