**Qualification**:
Graduate(BCA, BTech, MCA background as they have to counsel tech courses will be added advantage)
- someone who has worked in sales department of colleges& university, schools, academy, institutes, Coaching centers,
- Students from FrankFinn -Air hostess academy, Call centres, BPO

**Roles and Resposibilities**:
**Convert leads to enrolments and meet monthly targets on a consistent basis and meet KPIs**
Understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program
**Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.**
Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions
requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
**parents of student applicants.**

**Skills & Requirement**:

- Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through
- conversations
- **Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.**:

- **Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale**:

- **Knowledge in Sports**

Experience working with CRM ( Leadsquared, Extraaedge, No Paper form)
- Strong listening and presentation skills, **multi lingual**:

- Travelling may be required for the events and activities

**Self-motivated performer with high energy and enthusiasm**
- A team player
- Immediate joiner preferred

**Ad-on skills**:

- Hands-on with Microsoft ppt., excel
- Presentable
- Dialler

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
