**Responsibilities**:
**Product Development & Innovation**:

- Research and develop creative, value-added agricultural and meat-based products.
- Design and execute experiments and trials to optimize product formulations, shelf-life, and sensory attributes.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.

**Research & Experimentation**:

- Conduct research to evaluate new ingredients, processing techniques, and packaging solutions.
- Run experiments and produce sample products, ensuring consistency in flavor, color, and texture for large-scale production.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to food product development.

**Sensory & Consumer Testing**:

- Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to assess product acceptability and preferences.
- Compile, analyze, and present detailed reports on products and their contents, backed by relevant data.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal policies throughout the product development process.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify improvements and cost optimization opportunities.

**Documentation & Support**:

- Develop and maintain product specifications, documentation, and records according to regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff during new product launches and process improvements.

**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments on long-term projects, such as reducing waste by improving production efficiency.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and collaborate on packaging innovations and technology solutions.
- Check and approve product specifications and labeling for regulatory compliance.

**Key Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

**Skills & Experience**:

- Lab experience in agriculture and meat-related product development is required.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative products.
- Proficiency in both **Tamil** and **English** for communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present ideas effectively.
- **Technical & Analytical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food processing, formulation, and sensory evaluation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, quality control, and packaging technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
