Crew Trainer

**Overview**:
The Crew Trainer Cum Admission Manager is responsible for training and mentoring students while overseeing the student admission process. This role ensures high performance within the team and smooth handling of admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crew Training**: Design and deliver training programs, monitor crew performance, provide ongoing feedback, and maintain training materials.
- **Leadership**: Lead by example, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- **Admission Management**: Oversee the student admission process, assist with inquiries, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain records.
- **Student Counseling**: Guide prospective students on course options and admission requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing and administrative teams to streamline operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, training certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Experience as a cabin crew
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary:

- 30K-50K**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
