**Position**: Telecalling Sales Representative

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about products or services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to address customer needs effectively.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
