This is **not a production department role** it’s a **tool room-based position** requiring accuracy, skill, and responsibility in tool and component manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **manual milling machines** for precision machining of components and tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
- Perform setting, machining, and finishing operations independently.
- Maintain machine accuracy and ensure proper measurement with gauges and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the machine’s cleanliness and efficiency.
- Work closely with the tool room team to meet production and quality requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all **safety and quality standards** during operations.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5-8 years** of hands-on experience in **manual milling operations**.
- Strong background in **tool room** machining (not production line work).
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and measuring instruments**.
- Knowledge of **cutting tools, speeds, and feeds** for various materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
