Roles and Responsibilities:

- Utilize business development skills to identify, qualify and develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new sales.
- Responsible for getting new leads/ requirements Ensure to take a fresh lead and move it across the lead funnel while taking it to closure.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and clearly communicate our products/services to match their needs Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions to them with the help of the solution design team.
- Track and maintain all sales activity in the company CRM Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Prior experience in RCM / US Medical Billing industry will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Speak fluent English with a neutral accent Prior start-up experience would be considered as an added advantage.
- Should be able to define priorities and manage timelines efficiently.
