We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing cum Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth billing processes as well as sales. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service for billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain organized records of billing and sales transactions.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in billing, sales support, or a related role (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using billing software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

**JOB LOCATION : Thottumugham, Aluva**

**IMMEDIATE JOINING REQUIRED**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
