**Job Title**: CMM Programmer and Operator
**Department**: Quality Assurance / Inspection

**Reporting To**: Quality Head / QA Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Program CMM using **PC-DMIS / Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo MCOSMOS** (as applicable)
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T symbols
- Inspect precision components and validate critical dimensions
- Analyse inspection data and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Perform first article inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection
- Maintain CMM equipment and calibration records
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO procedures
- Document non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in CMM programming and operation
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, measuring instruments, and drawing interpretation
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA)
- Experience in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience with **Zeiss, Hexagon, or Mitutoyo** CMM machines
- Ability to handle inspection independently
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and quality mindset

**Work Conditions**
- Shift-based work may be required
- Primarily in quality lab/inspection room

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
