Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMM Programmer, based in Rajkot. The CMM Programmer will be responsible for handling the programming, calibration, and operation of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct precise inspections and measurements. Tasks include performing quality control checks, using gauges and measurement tools, ensuring calibration accuracy, and maintaining detailed inspection reports for continuous improvement in production quality.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with gauges, measurements, and the use of precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency in quality control processes, inspection techniques, and adherence to quality standards
  • Knowledge of CMM programming and calibration procedures
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure product compliance to specifications
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a foundry or engineering production environment is a strong advantage
  • Technical education or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
