**Brief about role**

We at CreatorX are India’s Biggest Creator Ad-Engine. We help creators to monetize better with the help of technology and commerce. In order to mark history together, we are looking to onboard “Regional Associates” to optimize our business operations at regional level. Your work will majorly include, empowering regional creators and brands by helping them gel-better with CreatorX vision and facilitate communication and networking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Getting Influencer Marketing Campaign/s for CreatorX by connecting with Brands, Corporates, Marketing Agencies, etc.
- Scouting Creators and Onboarding them on CreatorX’s Marketplace.
- Represent Company in-front of Brands, Creators, and allied stakeholders.
- Use CreatorX Dashboards to execute brand campaign/s and manage the day-to-day tasks allocated to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Provide Effective After-sales service to our creators and clients.
- Proactively share required reports and critical feedbacks to optimize our services.
- Build & Nurture Partnerships within and across regions.
- Curate and manage focused communities of creators and allied stakeholders.
- As-&-when required, guide and support creators on their gigs and project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of the Media & Entertainment in a credible capacity is required.
- Strong communication, networking and presentation skills are extremely crucial.
- Should be confident to build a team from scratch and expand in nearby regions.
- Experience of handling client & creators relations is must.
- Existing connections with relevant stakeholder of the industry is added bonus.
- Comfortable working on tools like Slack, Notion, Google Doc, etc.
- Should be disciplined at completing set goals & targets, and maintain required levels of reporting and communication.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

P.S. Preferred locations (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam, Gurgoan, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, West Bengal & Punjab)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
