**Role Overview**

The Safety Supervisor will be stationed at the **customer’s site** and is responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety practices as per both the client’s and company’s HSE policies. The role ensures that all work is executed in compliance with statutory regulations, customer-specific safety requirements, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Industrial Safety.
- Safety Certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / State Govt. Safety Certificate).
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in **customer-facing/site safety supervision**.
- Strong knowledge of **Permit-to-Work systems, LOTO, confined space, and working at height**.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with client and workforce.
- Proficiency in preparing safety reports and MS Office tools.

- Strong observation and risk-identification skills.

- Ability to enforce safety rules diplomatically at customer site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **primary safety contact** between the company and the client at the customer site.
- Ensure compliance with both **company HSE policies** and **customer site safety procedures**.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure that workers follow PPE compliance.
- Identify and report hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues at the customer site while our employees are Working.
- Assist in conducting **Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance**, and risk assessments.
- Report and investigate near misses, incidents, and accidents at the customer location and share corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with the **client’s HSE team** for audits, inspections, and safety meetings.
- Maintain updated documentation of site safety reports, training attendance, and statutory records.
- Support emergency response preparedness, including fire drills, evacuation, and first-aid arrangements at customer premises.
- Train, guide, and counsel the deployed workforce to follow customer’s safety culture and legal requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
