**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising daily operations and staff activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain quality and safety standards on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members in Hindi and Tamil.
- Prepare basic reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Handle minor conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support in training new team members

**Requirements**:

- 10th or Higher Secondary or Graduate
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (Freshers welcome).
- Must be fluent in **Hindi and Tamil or English and Hindi**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
